Tom Ford - Conceptual Commercial Design

Designing a luxury retail store for a brand with a strong identity goes beyond space planning and material selection. It requires a deep understanding of the brand's culture and incorporating its personality into the design. After extensive research into Tom Ford’s brand, defined by elegance, sophistication, luxury, and a dark, glamorous aesthetic, I developed the concept "Black Tie."

Inspired by Tom Ford’s sleek style, the design centers around a bold floor pattern of four black marble ties with gold accents. White marble brightens the space, creating a luxurious shopping experience. The visual contrast of different materials echoes the brand image, striking a balance between the space and the brand. The custom millwork, highlighted by a bow tie-shaped cash desk, further reinforces Tom Ford’s bold, elegant character.
